The employee portal helps both business owners and employees by giving them convenient and intuitive access to everything they need to manage their FMLA leave and unplanned absences.

With the employee portal, users are able to access leave history, hours worked, remaining leave time, helpful FMLA resources, and their FMLA-related documents. The employee portal simplifies communication between employee and manager by allowing employees to view and submit absence requests for approval online. In addition, the employee portal is mobile-friendly, so users will have easy access everywhere they go.

BASIC’s new leave management employee portal integrates seamlessly with their current employer portal. This integration, in addition to a new user interface update, will make it extremely easy for employers to access and export their employees’ available FMLA data.
